How Heat Pipe Technology Works
Heat pipes use a sealed refrigerant cycle to passively transfer heat from warm exhaust air to cool supply air. As warm air passes over the evaporator section, refrigerant vaporizes and rises to the condenser section where it releases heat to incoming fresh air. The condensed refrigerant returns by gravity, creating a continuous, self-sustaining energy recovery cycle that requires zero energy input and minimal maintenance.
